Why use a decision card? Bill and Wilma have led hundreds to the Lord using the decision card. It is an amazing tool that focuses on the authority of God’s Word and allows people to hear and visualize for themselves how to become a child of God.

Tony was looking for something to help him lead others to Christ!
Tony found the decision card on Wilma’s website – breakfreetoday.org/amazing-grace. He took a screen shot of the card on his phone – which you can do also. He repeated the prayer on the card several times so he would remember it.
Then, while driving his 8-year-old son to school, the child noticed the card on Tony’s phone and asked, “What is this dad?” Tony explained it. Then the boy asked his dad to help him pray the prayer. The son, screen shot the card and led five of his friends to the Lord that day. You can do the same!
So, let’s look at the decision card they use.
The decision card – Bible verse used is John 1:12:
As many as received Him, (Jesus) to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe in His name. John 1:12 KJV
In this Bible verse we see that there is someone to believe – someone to receive – someone to become.

(The prayer is designed to include believe in Jesus as the Son of God, receive Jesus, and become a child of God, giving assurance based on God’s Word)
Prayer: Lord Jesus, I believe you are the Son of God. Thank you for dying on the Cross for my sins. Please forgive me. I receive you now, Jesus, as my Saviour and Lord (making Jesus number one in my life). Make me a child of God. Amen.
Steppingstones for Life
This is another tool Bill and Wilma sometimes use when someone feels that they have no need of forgiveness. The Word of God will help them understand their need and the way of salvation.
